How to reduce coal mill lining plate abrasive wear

1.Reduce feeding materials size before they enter into cement grinding equipment. From the view of energy saving, more materials the liners can process, abrasion and wear cost is lower. The production practice shows that if the grinding material was pretreated, particle size can be reduced below 4-6 mm, then coal mill production efficiency can be increased by 30-50 percent, and power consumption will be decreased by 10-20 percent, it means that grinding size reduction can help to reduce liner abrasive wear
2.Strictly observe feeding materials moisture. When feeding materials moisture is over 2 percent, it will reduce the grinding efficiency and even cause corrosive wear which may shorten the service time of coal mill liners
3.Reduce the grinding temperature
