Abrasion test methods for bimetallic wear resistant steel plate

There are two kinds of abrasion test methods for chromecarbide overlay plate as followed:
1.Original work piece abrasion test: put overlay wear plate under actual working conditions or on experiment platform for simulating the conditions of the machine
2.Specimen abrasion test: prepare a sample plate for lad test, start test on a specially designed test machine under specified test conditions. Typically ASTM G65 abrasion test
To test wear resistance of YaoYu overlay plate, we deliver sample plate to our customers so they can do G65 abrasion test in their own lab or submit sample plate to any desired third party suggested by end users.
