VAUTID & YAOYU (Zhangjiagang) Wear Resistant New Materials Co.,Ltd, a member of VAUTID Group since 2014. The opening ceremony of VAUTID & YAOYU (Zhangjiagang) joint venture was held on November 14, 2014, president of VAUTID GmbH Dr.Udo Scheer and Mr. Volkmar attended the celebrations.

The joint venture company manufacture VAUTID welding wires only and did not get involved in composite wear plate fabrication. All the formula and raw materials are adopted from VAUTID GmbH and YaoYu company use VAUTID wires from the JVC to make chromium carbide plates.
